Description:
Nursing laboratory and clinical experiences allow the nursing student opportunities to practice the concepts and principles learned in NURS 1020. Clinical experiences include long-term care, acute care in a medical/surgical unit at a hospital, and community care in local clinics/physician offices. Successful completion of all laboratory, theoretical, and clinical components are required to receive credit for the course. Prerequisite/Restriction: BIOL 2320, NURS 1010, FCHD 1500, PSY 1010 Corequisite: BIOL 2420, NURS 1110, NURS 1020 Campus: USU Eastern only Semester(s) Traditionally Offered: Fall
