Focuses on the 5-Step Decision Making Model and norms, roles, values, and traditions of resource management in family systems. Applies knowledge and theories to the study of how families manage their resources for both survival and fulfillment. Explores multiple perspectives including historical, cultural, and personal influences, and contemporary challenges of resource management.
