This course covers the concepts and practice of creating for the World Wide Web (www) using Macromedia Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Through this project-oriented class, students learn the basics of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and site management, and learn to design for this new medium of creative expression. Advanced concepts include using Dynamic HTML, streaming and embedded video/sound, java applets, using plug-ins, and more. Prerequisite: FA 2000 or instructor's consent.
