This course is an introductory survey of various approaches for studying designed objects in past, present, and future time periods. The survey includes perspectives from history, theory, and criticism, while questioning disciplinary canons in Design to include a wide variety of narratives. Prerequisites: 'C-' or better in ARCH 2630 AND CMP 2010 AND DES 2615 AND DES 2630 AND Full Major status in Design
