Students will examine key statutes, regulations, and case law related to compensation, discrimination, workplace safety, employee rights, and personnel decisions. Through case analyses, practical scenarios, and current legal developments, students will develop the ability to identify legal issues, apply relevant laws, and support ethical and strategic decision making in the workplace.
