Description:
This course provides competencies that focus on teaching configuration tasks performed on the client system in a business environment. Students will be prepared take the Windows 10(MD-100) and Managing Modern Desktops(MD-101) exams. The course is taught at an introductory level and includes learning and practice common configurations and troubleshooting tasks performed by a desktop administrator. It is recommended students complete CSIS 1121, possess CompTIA A+ Certification, or have equivalent knowledge prior to taking this course. Semester(s):Fall & Spring
