Description:
This course provides students with a basic overview of the following chemical instrumentation techniques: UV-Vis Spectroscopy, IR Spectroscopy, Voltammetry, Mass Spectrometry, Gas Chromatography, and High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography. Lecture and laboratory investigations are used to emphasize key components, parameter adjustment, instrument operation, and data interpretation for each technique.
