As a culmination of the Design Studies pathway, students in the Design Studies Capstone conduct an independent design project that aligns with their degree emphasis and allows them to synthesize the skills and methods in design research, management, and communication that they have developed in their own design process. Students will develop their research proposal, including the topic and design brief from DES 4824 Design Studies Capstone Prep. Prerequisites: 'C-' or better in DES 4824 AND Full Major status in Design
