This course builds on the Design Studies Survey and explores advanced topics in design discourse and consideration of the built environment. Students engage in reading, writing, and class discussion about design and develop their own research questions regarding designed objects and material culture. Prerequisites: 'C-' or better in (DES 2810 AND Full Major status in Design) OR Department Consent
