Description:
This laboratory-based course is an introduction to tools and methods used to monitor and evaluate environmental systems with particular emphasis on aqueous systems. In laboratory and field-based experiments students will learn how to perform several 'wet-chemical' and instrumental techniques, learn fundamental hydraulic and water resources principles. All students will gain skills in experimental design, data analysis, data presentation, and report writing.
