Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and University Advanced Standing. Pre- or Corequisite(s): OT 3300. Examines the occupational therapy process in pediatrics. Reviews human development and the study of occupations for the infant, child, and adolescent from reflexive, sensory, motor, behavior, social and activity standpoints. Emphasizes use of theory, evaluation and data collection, and evidence and occupation-based interventions with the typical and atypical child.
