Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Occupational Therapy Assistant program and University Advanced Standing. Pre- or Corequisite(s): OT 4400. Incorporates Level II Fieldwork experiences to develop critical thinking skills while developing a baccalaureate project based on evidence-based practice. Provides an in-depth experience to explore topics in one or more of the following areas: clinical practice skills, administration, leadership, advocacy, and education. Provides opportunities to practice research, critical reasoning skills, analyze connections and relationships among the experiential learning of Level II Fieldwork, didactic coursework, and the complexities of clients as occupational beings.
