This course focuses on the essential durable skills required for effective aviation maintenance management and broader aviation careers. Students will develop competencies in interpersonal communication, teamwork and mentoring, time management, problem-solving, work ethic and integrity, and emotional intelligence. Emphasis is placed on navigating complex human relations in the workplace, fostering collaboration, and leading diverse teams with competence and professionalism. Through a blend of online modules, applied assignments, and experiential learning opportunities, including a field trip to a major airport, students will connect theory with practice. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the human relations and leadership abilities necessary to complement their technical expertise and succeed in a dynamic global industry.
