Faculty-supervised, applied industry projects that strengthen professional readiness and core construction management practice. Students complete structured activities aligned with Associated Schools of Construction (ASC) expectations and industry standards, while developing and refining practical templates and workflows (takeoff/pricing sheets, schedules, logistics plans, risk/assumption logs, safety and quality plans) that can be used to solve real construction project tasks in professional settings. Students also engage with industry partners through project scoping, milestone reviews, and feedback. Deliverables include a professional portfolio of templates and project work products, along with an applied project package and performance evaluation.
