It continues the study of Hung Gar Kung fu, emphasizing theory, fight strategy, self defense, grab techniques and 1st traditional Hung Gar Kung fu form. Conditioning focus is on cardio, ribs, and outer thighs. Lifelong wellness emphasis. It is recommended students complete HLAC 1450, HLAC 1449, or receive instructor approval prior to taking this course.
