Students participate in hybrid pre-departure courses, travel to an international location, and then complete the experience with post-travel work. Faculty facilitate learning and discussion on a variety of topics including the study of social, cultural, economic, or historical dynamics and issues related to power, privilege, oppression, gender, economic, religion, and/or race relations that location. Students create reflection journals, small group presentations or group research projects, culminating in a signature assignment for an ePortfolio. Semester(s):Spring & Summer
