    Course is designed to provide students with community-based practical experience that will allow them to observe real-life practice and provide opportunity to demonstrate mastery of professional skills in a health community setting. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Observe real-life practice and provided opportunity to demonstrate mastery of professional skills in a health setting completing a minimum of 120 hours. 2. Apply knowledge and skills within a health organization. 3. Demonstrate program competencies while completing an agreed upon project for a health organization. 4.     This course is designed to meet the individual needs of advanced students in Population Health Programs who wish to pursue a specific focus of study related to their degree/emphasis focus and/or research interest. Students work under supervision by appropriate faculty in the design and successful completion of the course. The course is structured by a formal contractual arrangement with the faculty member submitted at the beginning of the semester in which that coursework is undertaken. Students are expected to meet with the faculty mentor (or mentors) each week and to provide the faculty member (or members) with progress reports and assignment development for feedback and grading purposes on an ongoing basis.
